I've been looking for a labret just like this for a long time. I wear these in my upper piercings that are just below where my cartilage starts. I usually get them 1/4 in long as this gives me a snug fit, and I can't wear it if either end is wider then 4mm as then it touches my other earrings and gets annoying. I got these in 6mm long and it is noticeably tighter than 1/4 in but there's still a tiny bit of wiggle room and I think it fits even better. The end also feels under 4mm wide, but the back is nearly 4mm wide too and a bit larger than what I'm used to. So far this is working well for me, but I think if I was wearing it on my lip that might be irritating. I also love that they aren't screw in, because I have another earring like these that is and it can take me an hour to change those out. These are quick and easy though, and the hold seems good too.

This is a pretty simple set of piercings, in 4 styles. They’re a little finicky to put in, but every piercing I own is a little tricky. The metal hasn’t caused any issue for me, no unexpected redness or anything weird. Overall I’m really happy with these.

While the lip rings themselves are very cute, I especially love the spike, they are way too short. I’m able to get them in, it’s uncomfortable , bc when u put the end on it’s very tight on your skin

Good quality metal and well made. Some of the insertion pins on mine were bent too far so i can't get them in properly without fixing it with jewelry pliers. But i've had no irritation or issues with the metal quality, so I don't really mind having to fix the pins. Fits great and comfortably!

these flatbacks where easy to install in my ears if you plan on using them in your nose, i recommend getting a taper to get that back post in to eliminate the hassle, they are super cute and true to size

These look good. Just as pictured. they were as easy to change out as similar earrings like this, which are all a pain. They did not have any issues with them being sensitive in my ears. So then. must be a quality material as well

These titanium piercings are nice, solid looking pieces. They are simple, but sometimes that just fits the bill. All are well made with zero burs or sharp edges and the finish is smooth and shiny. They work best when you bend the pin just slightly before inserting it into the tube.
