Magnets aren’t as strong but that’s expected given the size and the fact that you don’t want anything pinching your lobes so hard. Just don’t wear them when your going to do strenuous activities like running or jumping around.. or even going through a mosh pit and you’ll be fine and they’ll stay on.

They look fine and seem very nice at first glance but when you realize that the magnets on them are fairly weak and barely stay on your ear, (most movement will make them fall off). Unless you are using these to only try on to look in a mirror without using them for any purpose but try on then I would not purchase these.

I've been looking for this exact style magnetic earring for a cosplay, and these are by far the best. They're good quality, with strong magnets that hold them nicely in place while still feeling very comfortable.My favorite feature, though, is that they come with a coat of clear sealant on the side with the magnets--my skin is sensitive to basically all meals apart from gold and surgical-grade titanium, so I was prepared to have to put a clear coat on them myself to avoid skin irritation...but I was thrilled to find it was done already when I got them! I've tried them out for a few hours so far and they stay in place well, look great, and don't irritate my skin, so I'm thrilled!

This product was reasonably price, arrived quickly, and was nicely packaged. Each set of earrings was in its own tiny zip lock bag and, together in a larger zip lock bag, inside a presentable corrugated gift box. The earrings are represented correctly in size, color and finish, worked wonderfully and looked terrific on the wearer. Unfortunately, after only a day or two of use, for a few hours, my son developed painful lumps in his earlobes, which became inflamed and scabbed up on the surface. It's been several days since he has discontinued wearing these earrings and the scabs and redness are still visible. Basically, he cannot use this product, and they will be used as expensive refrigerator magnets. I can only speculate what the issue may be. Without getting too technical, it's possible that the magnets are too strong, the magnetic poles are continuously re-aligning causing a friction type burn or it can be an allergic reaction if the product contains nickle or other alloys. Also, there may be other physiological forces at work as magnets slightly repel water and carbon. I don't know the answer. To this end, my son cannot wear these earrings, and a product that cannot be used for its intended purpose is not a good product. I hope this review is helpful. Thank you.Update: The lumps in my son's earlobes have disappeared as well as the inflammation. He wanted to try them again, but I was reluctant. Before I allowed him to wear them again, I used a hole punch on a label to create four (4) small round labels to place over the area that comes in contact with the skin. This served two purposes: i.) reduced the strength of the magnetic attraction and ii.) was a barrier between the metallic surface and the skin. This seemed to alleviate the problem, but only if worn for a short period of time.

I had been wanting to get my ears pierced, and so I got a pair of these as I was curious whether earrings suited me or not. The magnet is not that strong, and can be a little irritating after only a couple of hours of use. Because they are so small you also run the risk of losing these if they fall off (which they will). Overall I was satisfied with them as a trial run, but ultimately I just ended up getting my ears pierced, which was a much better solution than worrying about knocking these off by accident.

I love this stud earrings, they looks good and no need for a piercing my ears, but longer wearing hurts, strong magnets.

I have been wearing these for a week now to test drive and see if I really want to pierce my ears. The first couple of days they made my earlobes a little sore, but after that I don't even notice that they are there. The magnets are pretty strong and I don't worry about them falling off. They have only fallen off twice all week, once when I was cuddling and once when I wasn't paying attention and my coat rubbed too hard against them.One of the magnets did come out of the black outer shell, but it was easy to put back together. I now slide the 2 parts apart to put them on instead of pulling them, and this hasn't been a further issue.I love how these look, they are not too big and not too small. I have received many compliments on them, and plan to continue wearing them until I am able to get my ears pierced.

I bought these to add to a Halloween costume, I don't wear earings so I was looking for some clip on ones but they just won't connect. The magnets are not strong enough to stay on or even connect through my earlobe. A waste of money.
