The front comes loose a little easier than is ideal. I have tired tightening them finger tight as well as using hemostats, but they still come loose after a few days. So I just tighten them every day or two. Otherwise these are great and I’m not mad even that I have to tighten them because they are such a great value. Not irritating at all, even to relatively fresh piercing.

These are really nice to have and wear for my piercings that have healed and just need a small piece of jewelry. They are a bit tough to unscrew the first time, and the top/opal is rather small. Be careful using these as to not drop and lose the screw top.

I’ve purchased this product three times. Not for any negative reason. The opposite actually. The white gold opal is my favorite thing to wear in my Medusa, and occasionally it falls off (due to me not making sure it’s tightly screwed on) and lost. And I will continue to keep buying more as I lose the white tops. Lol.
