I'm missing sizes, I was so happy to finally be able to size up and since I'm working only part time i can't keep affording to buy more sets. Other then missing sizes they worked really well, comfortable they don't irritate my ears. Is there any way i could get the sizes I was never sent?

Everything arrived packaged. Fun unpackaging I noticed a couple of the ear plugs were not hollow. It must be a defect in the manufacturing process. I contacted the seller and they want me to provide them with my name and my phone number and my address and my billing details. I provided them with the order number but they said that was insufficient.I’m not providing my billing details a second time.I do not recommend purchasing from the seller.
