I should add this is my 5th pregnancy and these rings are better than others I’ve tried in the fact that the balls stay put a lot of others just randomly fall off, however they’re not very comfortable. One has a jagged edge that hurts when the ring needs to be adjusted, and they feel uncomfortable in general, but that could also be due to my size and stretching.
