The quality is good. I ordered four sets of earrings because I have 11 holes per ear (22 total) currently, I wanted extra in case I need a replacement. I received 2 sets of earrings, and two sets of n*pple rings. N*pple rings are good quality, but unfortunately too long for my ears because they snag easily and my n*pples aren't pieced so I don't have a lot of use for 16 n*pple rings. I'm not mad, just disappointed.

I really love them. They are perfect. The balls screw in tight. They dont bother my skin.

None of the balls stay on. Every time I replace one it falls off in a day. Not recommended.
