These are gorgeous earrings...HOWEVER, I had to give them 3 stars because the bottom chain of the one earring came broken. I am fortunate enough to be able to fix it, but this wasn't a good thing... *****UPDATED**** I was able to get new earrings sent to me so I was very happy because these are so beautiful but I still have yet one complaint they came both for the right ear so I can't wear one in the left ear and one in the right ear at the same time but I'll find a way to make it work cuz I don't want to keep sending them back and I love him either way!!)

I love butterflies, and had been wanting a new pair of butterfly earrings, so when I saw these I thought they'd be perfect.Not quite.While they're very cute, there are definitely some problems. The earrings shown in the image make it appear that there should be posts on the smaller butterflies with a chain that attaches to a larger butterfly cuff.Instead, the post is the metal piece that dangles. The chain attached to it had to be pulled through the earlobe as well. With this design, the butterfly won't stay upright, or in place. Maybe rethink the design, and add a post on the small butterfly.I also received two of the exact same earring, which due to the way the cuffs are made, even if I were to wear these as ear cuffs, they will only work on one ear. On this style of earring, the cuffs should be in opposite directions , and they're not.Finally, these may even be useable, if they had included post backers for the dangling posts, that would have kept them from randomly pulling through/falling out of the ear. However, they did NOT include those backers.. so even that option is off the table.Sadly, this means I'm going to have to re-think how I plan to use these. They're cute, but bad design, and bad QA makes them fairly unusable.
