I was a little nervous ordering this chain because there were no reviews and I've received cheap, poor quality chains from other sellers with overwhelmingly positive reviews before. Surano is NOT one of these sellers.I received the chain and immediately compared it to a Sterling rope chain I bought from a jeweler. The clasp and chain colors match and the stamps are in the correct places. I then polished it with a connoisseur's cloth and it showed some tarnish (even brand new items do this), also indicating that it is real Sterling. Tugging on it slightly, it seemed very sturdy, which I need since I bought it for almost 24/7 wear. I haven't removed it since I received it yesterday afternoon, including wearing it to bed, and it has retained its color without tarnishing.So far, I'm incredibly happy with this purchase. The price was fantastic for the quality of the item, and I will definitely be buying from them again in the future!

I was in need of a new necklace and wanted to go metal to avoid sweat absorption, so silver is very good on the skin if you're thinking of switching over. The price was fair too. But the size is smaller that I thought it seemed based on the measurements and needed a necklace an little longer and thicker, so you may want to go a size larger if this is your first time buying a silver necklace. The link style makes it strong for how thin it is but be careful when handling it or it can lock up between links. I've been wearing this for half a year now when I go out and it still looks the same as when I bought it or maybe just a pinch darker, but I see no tarnishing or anything from my sweat. I think it is a very well made necklace and would recommend it. I don't remember how it arrived though, I think it was shipped in a tiny ziploc bag. So if you're not buying for yourself, be sure to get a separate gift box.
