Well I was a little skeptical to order this necklace at first cause of some of the reviews saying they got theirs kinked and what not. But I took a risk and ordered it anyways......when I got the item it came in a secure box and it arrived super fast. Like really fast. I opened the box and took it out of the zip loc baggy and jewelry baggy it came in and it was super shiny and nice. My only regret was getting it in 20 inches, it's a little small but that was my mistake. I should've gone with a 22" or a 24". I'll probably order again and hand this one to my lady. It is diamond cut cause it sparkles like crazy when the sun hits so I don't know what people are talking about theirs being dull. It's a nice little peice to hold a small pendant and at a good price so I don't know what people are complaining about.....

I got the 2mm Sterling SIlver Diamond Cut with antiquing in 18" and in retrospect I would prefer a 22" since I would like to have it slip over my head. I love the chain though and the inking in sturdy. The 18" was reasonably priced, I know if I go to the 22 it will be more expensive, but maybe I'll go for it. I wish they would go on sale or they would give you coupons but that doesn't happen as far as I am aware. Yes, I recommend the 18". Looks great with my inked sterling silver filigree genuine stone pendants!

The quality of this. Chain is OK. Just make sure you never have to return the item as they will drag out the process as long as they can. I returned the first one due to the length. The item was received the first part of January. No status on return for at least 2 weeks. After I contacted Amazon it was marked that my refund would be processed on Feb 14th, nothing. Now it's showing 2 more dates for refund processing when they've had the item since January. We'll see when I get my credit....beware of shady business.

This is not a shiny chain -- it's dull and looks industrial almost. Plus it's not the length I ordered so I returned it.
