I ordered the 30 inch length specifically for a pendant I have that is chain-less. I am so happy I went with this item. It is beautiful in person and is the perfect length! I have long hair and, for the past couple days, have no issues with my hair getting tangled, which others have complained about. I will definitely be ordering another! Shiny, solid, and with a good weight. I bought it for a diamond chip snowflake my boyfriend surprised me with for Valentine's Day. I wanted a longer length, as I'm a larger woman, and the chains they give you with necklaces are always super short. This one puts the snowflake just above my cleavage - perfect! I am very impressed with the solid sturdy feel and smooth texture of this chain. Very, very nice!

I bought this snake necklace as a replacement for a necklace I had worn 24/7 days a week for over 10 years with no issues until it broke. Not sure why but, I am not able to wear this necklace as it gets caught in my hair and pulls it out.

It is really hard, for me anyway, to really tell what a piece of jewelry is going to look like from a picture on a website, but I took a chance on this one anyway and was very pleased with my purchase. The chain was for me ( a man ) and I was afraid it would be too small, but it was the perfect size. It is a very solid chain and looks great. I would recommend this item highly.

The chain surprised me by how thin it was, as I have never worn a necklace before and expected something "stronger" but since I don't intend to go kickboxing with it there shouldn't be any problems though. The lobster clasp appears very delicate and can sometimes be hard to manipulate (open/close). Note that I haven't worn necklaces before so my assertion of the "small clasp" might be a bit off. What I like about it is that it is simple, so I feel it could fit with pretty much any pendant I wanted to wear. Also, kudos on the fast overseas standard delivery (less than 2 weeks).Edit 26.01.2009. - my worries very completely unfounded, I haven't had any problems with the chain so far and it's working great! The clasp is easy to manipulate after you adjust to it too.

Its pretty and is as expected but I am going to have to give it away. I have long hair and it rips out my hair. Its sort of bizarre, my hairs gets wrapped all around it and forms a thick tangle. I've never had it do this with a necklace before. I actually had to cut it out this next time. I have wrapped it around my wrist instead right now and its a pretty bracelet but I would not recommend this for anyone with long hair.

Beautiful silver and a smooth chain. I loved that I could choose the length I wanted. I purchased this because the chains that came with some medals and a cross were just too small. I am glad because it is PERFECT for what I wanted. Clasp is sturdy. A very nice chain!
