It's nearing valentines and I've never bought jewelry for my girl, and I won't off the internet again. This review was originally 3-stars until I continued to compare the necklace I received to the listed, thus the 1-star.The Necklace:It is lovely, though it is not worth the price. The Amethyst stone is fairly scratched up, which I would not have noticed without the flash-on photo. >>And comparing it as they did, with the dime, it's dimensions don't match up. And instead of the claimed "43.18mm" height it is "35mm," an 8.18mm difference which is pathetic for a jeweler.<<If you do buy it:Be ready to set up the display before giving. The cheap necklace was put in a zip-locked bag which was put into the case. Therefore, if I had not been eager to see this overpriced cereal-prized necklace that I got for her I would have been embarrassed and as surprised as her when she opened it and it was stuffed in there. The chain it comes with is the 18 inches as described but unless a child is receiving it I would recommend buying a longer one.Will update if it falls apart once she has it.
