This was a Christmas gift for my wife. I originally purchased the Japanese Akoya Pearl Set (Necklace, Earrings and Bracelet), but my wife stated she has a string of pearls necklaces that was her mothers. She wanted to exchange the Pearl Set for a Pearl Pendant instead, when she was looking at "The Pearl Source Website" she was hypnotized on the Golden South Sea Pearls (From the Philippines). She never knew there was a Golden Pearl, my wife is Filipino and all her jewelry is yellow gold (Necklaces, rings, watches, earrings, etc...) So to make a long story short, my wife and I are both in our 60's and we were frequent hikers (Camping, Biking, my wife would run/walk at Mt. Tamapais and Muir Woods, Yosemite, Sequoia National Park etc...) Both of us stop hiking, run/walk , any kind of exercise ,my balance when we go hiking (trails) is not there anymore (Due to 2 Strokes and Kidney/Pancreas Transplant , I had Juvenile Diabetes at age 14) She wanted that Golden Pearl Pendent which she found on Amazon and also purchased the "LifePro Rhythm Viberation Plate Machine -Professional Whole Body Vibration Platform for Home Fitness, Cardio Workout & Weight Loss (It's one Machine).
