This product is not quite the same quality as the original--it is not as pliable; I am afraid that it will tear/break after a bit of wear-and-tear. We shall see. It gets you out of a bind, though, and you can't beat the price!

I've purchased replacement bands for my g-shock in the past. They've always had a tough edge to them and the band was always really stiff. This one was a lot more pliable and had softer edges so the band didn't rub unto my wrist. It fit well. The pins weren't as strong as the originals and didn't extend well enough to get a good hold. But I just used the original pins and it worked just fine after. No biggie to me. All in all it seems like a good band. I feel it's worth the money even if it only lasts a year I'd buy another one.
