I liked the craftsmanship of the shave down, the color, feel and weight of this piece of jewelry 168grams (along with its bracelet companion). It did begin to slightly tarnish after about 6 months due to it being exposed to too much moisture. So I’ve learned to be gentle with the plating and Follow the proper jewelry care instructions.So I sent it back because they offer a life time restoration and replacements on our purchases when we register them on the website. It takes less than a minute to do. I printed the return form off the site. Mailed them back the pieces via USPS. (Cost $5.84) Days later I contacted customer service to see if they received it. They did along with my Amazon order # They sent me back a fully restored necklace and bracelet so I can continue enjoying it. There’s no other brand offering the quality and customer service of LTJ. They’re restoring, high quality plated pieces and sending them back for continued use Free. (When you register) I guess that why its called LIFETIME JEWELRY. 👍🏾 If We take our cars for routine upkeep. So they offer routine upkeep for our jewelry. So don’t worry about any minor or major discoloration. Take advantage of the benefits of being a registered customer. It would cost $20 max yearly upkeep depending on how you take care of it. The chain is amazing looking and is heavy. I've had it for about two years and had to return it and the new one is just as high quality as the first. My wife loves it and I love wearing it so, it was a great buy for us.

The media could not be loaded.  It was nice and shiny for about a week, looked great, has a heavy weight to it, but then after wearing it for about a week it’s rubbed off the shiny layer.This was supposed to be a special religious gift and it’s been such a betrayal and disappointment.No other jewelry of mine has given me a green tint to my skin. Now I’ve got this disgusting 🤢 🤮 puke green ring around my neck.I’m hoping it’s just 1 defective necklace in a thousand, but I have a suspicion…

I have sent this product by mistake to be fixed and have not had it sent back to me. I have been unable to get assistance or help with my concerns and am a very frustrated customer. The product itself is great, but the communication has been very poor from lifetime jewelry. I hope no other customers have to go through all the work and hassle that I have had to in order to get there product back they bought and paid for, thanks. I do want to mention though that the quality of the product has been great. It has not broken yet and seems to be made well.

Wow I am really impressed with this necklace. Not only is it heavy but it is also beautiful. It looks completely like solid gold. You would never know that it is gold plated. I will definitely be buying more products from this company. I recently bought a gold-plated necklace from Macys, and it arrived with an orange tint. I definitely was not happy about that. Not the case with this necklace. Total gold color. I totally recommend.

My boyfriend loves the chain It looks real and has not tarnished after many many wears. If you want to own a nice piece of jewelry but just don’t have thousands of dollars laying around buy this you won’t be disappointed

UPDATE 11/2022: Customer service has reached out to me to address my complaint and rectify my issue and they have since sent me a brand new chain. They were sincerely apologetic about my experience and I am more than pleased with their response and attention to this matter.I bought this as a gift and it was only worn 3 times before the clasp and spring broke. It is made of very flimsy material. I am very disappointed.
