I could wish the pin was slightly sturdier, but I suspect they're working with the materials available. I was glad to see the pin itself was about 6 inches long and the package came right on time. None of the pictures showed whether or not there was a stop at the end of the pin so I was concerned, but it turned out there was, so yay!It was packaged so beautifully I don't know how the vendor is making money. So buy it now before they figure out they need to raise their prices.

I now wear "berets" for "bad hair" days :) But I found that a more secure implement should be used and remembered .. many years ago … one wore a hat pin and so I looked on Amazon (who has "everything") and found a beautiful, elegant pin and now I can face future "bad hair days".

The black pearl on the top of the hat pin is pretty but the pin portion is very thin and too bendable it won’t even go through the hats I need for it to go through and so it’s basically useless but it looks good OK but it’s useless

The cover for the point is so thin and tiny, it's difficult to get on. The rod of the pin is too thin for its length and is hard to get through my hat's fabric.
