Shipping was extremely fast with UPS overnight. I open the package and this bracelet is smaller than I expected for the price I paid. But ok, it’s 14k gold. So on my wrist, it wasn’t even an hour, and it not on my wrist any longer and I’m panicking because we were now in a restaurant and it could be anywhere. We find it broken next to the passenger seat on the car floor, thankfully. Returning the bracelet took longer, but WAS free. HOWEVER, now they’ve charged me a restocking fee of $39.+ ……unbelievable. I was considering a 10k bracelet from this company, but I will buy it locally instead, where they will stand behind their product. Extremely disappointed.
