perfectly as described. color is pretty much same as the picture -- not washed out but a nice light green. sparkles a lot! perfect size for adult ears. i am concerned that the stones might fall out in the future although they are set pretty solidly beneath the prongs and not loose. i would definitely recommend buying this product as a gift or for yourself.
