Hello. I'm a man that initially ordered a 24" chain, but upon trying it on, it wasn't the length I wanted, as I wanted a chain that hung to the middle of my chest. I immediately contacted the company & was assisted right away with a live American customer service rep! I was told that 30" is the longest length they sell & I immediately upgraded to it, paying another $100, & was emailed the return QR code for the UPS Store to send in the return.Within a couple days, I had my new chain & couldn't be happier! It's beautiful, strong, & carries a constant shine that I always get complimented on.Thank you for providing a great quality product & professional customer service. I will do business with them again in the future for sure! I highly recommend this product &/or any of their quality jewelry.

At first necklace does look nice and great. Bought for my husband as a Christmas gift. Husband puts on and it’s okay for maybe the first month. Then a link breaks and no jewelers will touch the necklace bc it’s “cheap gold” basically. So he fixes with a little link he had laying around. Well now another link breaks weeks later . I messaged the seller and refund policy is only 30 days. So don’t spend the $500 on this necklace. Save your money buy from a reputable jeweler. So now I have a $500 paper weight that will be thrown away!

I love this chain. It was exactly what I was expecting. It's perfect for the pendant in the picture (did not come with the chain) which was just sitting in my jewelry box since Christmas because I didn't have a strong enough chain to put it on. This chain is perfect for it. Nuragold has some of the best prices compared to other sellers on Amazon. In fact after I post this I'm going to get another chain that's already in my cart for a locket my sons got me for Mother's day.
