I didn't fall in love with the earrings, the finish seemed somewhat dull. But I thought it was a good value for the gold weight had it not been for the post causing pain. It has jagged edges that really hurt to put them on and off; and not all that comfortable while on. But I see not everyone's complaining so maybe it doesn't bother everyone. Customer service was very accomodating in my return.

I am satisfied with the details of the earrings. It looks very nice for day to day wear. It snug my ear well, which i like. it is just hard to open it up, be careful when you press it too hard the snapping mechanism will get out of alignment and it will not lock properly the next time, or you have to bend the hook a little bit so it will fit on the groove and snap again to lock, that is why i am giving it a 4star. Over all, very nicely crafted, worth the price and fits perfectly.

CONSIDERING EVERY ONE GAVE THESE EARRINGS A GOOD REVIEW I CAN ONLY THINK THAT THEY HAVE RECENTLY CHANGED THEIR SUPPLIER. THEY LOOKED AS THOUGH THEY HAD BEEN CUT OUT WITH DULL TIN SNIPS OR A SHEET METAL PRESS WITH NO EFFORT TO SMOOTHE OUT THE EDGES. THE EDGES WERE ALL SHARP AND THERE WAS ONE SHARP PIECE OF METAL THAT POKES INTO MY EAR ON THE TOP EDGE OF ONE OF THE EARRINGS.THE PATTERN DOES NOT CONTINUE AROUND TO THE BACK OF THE EARRING BUT STOPS AT THE HINDGE.ONE OF THE PINS ON THE HINDGE IS VERY LOOSE AND THE BOTTOM OF THE HINDGE DOES NOT MEET TOGETHER.I MUST SAY THEY ARE THE WORST MADE EARRINGS I HAVE EVER HAD AND THAT INCLUDES MY COSTUME JEWERY.

Well made. And, they DO look exactly as pictured. Small, yet the perfect accent. They really are elegant. I've had them for over a month now and have found them to be quite sturdy. They can't get yanked off by sweaters and such.

It may sound strange but I ordered these in the hope of utilizing one of them (with the other as a spare) as a cuff for my upper ear cartilage piercing. Unfortunately while they're quite lovely they were too large for this purpose so I returned them and ordered a smaller diameter hoop.
