Use a soft toothbrush (like a baby tooth brush) to gently scrub the jewelry. Remove item from soapy water, rinse it and dry thoroughly with a soft polishing cloth. You can also use a polishing cloth for extra shine and to remove any tarnish. These earrings are fantastic, and definitely worth the price. But on the ear they are not as thick as the picture makes them out to be. For me however this is a nonissue, as I wanted something delicate enough for everyday wear yet versatile enough for nights out. They are comfortable, lightweight, and the clasp has held up through 24/7 wear, showering, sleeping, etc. Would recommend these to anyone.
