My complaint is the back of the earring. To look at this picture you would think that the bezel setting surrounds the stone with the same amount of thickness in the front and back. The picture is deceiving in that the stone is secured with individual stems in the back, like you would find on a ring setting. I know with the price of gold short cuts are made, but the back of the of the earring should be displayed for full disclosure. Many years back (before gold prices skyrocketed) I purchased this exact same lever back earring design with a sapphire, however my sapphire earring has the bezel mounting surrounding the stone. I will keep but I suggest being very careful when wearing because the stone could fall out.

I was surprise how small it was , the gold part is very tinny . The emerald quality is very good !
