These sweet little crown motif earrings appear as described and look better in person, lovely and refined, with nice glintz of sparkle. While the amount of gold is not as substantial as one might see in adult type earrings, it appears to be good quality, not flimsy or cheap looking. Certainly there is enough gold for a solid, well finished design. The threading on the posts is smooth and readily fastenes to the tiny 14k post backing. While they probably can be worn often or for special occasions, I would not recommend these be given to a child for everyday wear as they are delicate, intricate and should be worn and handled with care.
