Good sized pearl! Nice looking setting. Only a word of caution (because I didn't notice it in the product info), there's NO CHAIN with the pendant. It was a surprise but not an issue. In fact, my wife preferred it since she has her favorite chains. However, if you're expecting a chain there isn't one included. The pendant is beautiful and matches her other pearl earrings and ring perfectly. She's very happy with the product..which means I am! :)
