Cross was given to my grandson as a Confirmation gift. He wore the cross for only about three weeks and showed it to me today asking why it had little dents on the front and back of it. I've never owned a piece of gold jewelry that became dented before. The cross does seem a little thin and flimsy but I have no idea why it should get ruined from normal wear. This should not have happened even though my grandson did wear the cross all the time. The cross was returned to Amazon.
