Exactly as advertised. I had re-pierced my ears which had closed after a long illness and needed white gold. For me, white gold is “the gold standard” and does not irritate my ears and make them irritated.The one thing I wish they had done was machine just a few more rings in the screw part of the post. Maybe two more.My ear lobes are not large nor small. They are about the same as they’ve always been, even when I was much younger. Most post and screw backs fit perfectly.You know how screw backs are: too loose and the earring droops away from your ear hole a little bit. Too tight and the earring can start to sink into your ear hole.Despite wishing that the posts had a couple more threads on them, these earrings are just perfect.Extremely comfortable to wear 24/7, clearly NOT junk jewelry, and fits in with ANY style of clothing!

I bought these so I could wear something in the holes I’ve had for 40+ years. I noticed after trying on an old favorite that my earring holes had started to become difficult to wear. I am one of those people that can melt metal with my skin which is why I chose a gold material. I’ve had them in for a week without any pain, itching, or discoloration of the metal. These are not plated. I would have melted that coating off by now. The post is slightly longer than the majority of my other sets making over night wear comfortable. The twist back is tiny but once connected remains tight and even though I spin them daily like I was taught as a young girl the back does not fall off or become displaced. I haven’t tried to squeeze them with pliers or other dumb ideas that I read in other comments so I can’t say if they are solid but I will say they satisfy my needs, including small enough to sleep in, quality metal, and backs that stay in place so I don’t lose them in the shower.

I've been wearing these for four days straight now, and I have no irritation or pain which I often have with heavy earrings and some posts. I bought the 4mm size, and they are smaller than I'd expected, so I've decided to keep these and try them for a few weeks and if I continue to have not problems, I will buy myself 6mm so the erring will be more noticeable. I have not had problems with the tiny screw backs as other reviewers have mentioned. They ARE TINY, and perhaps if I ever lose dexterity, they may be problematic, but not now. These were a good purchase for me.

The media could not be loaded.  I love the studs. They were and are beautiful. They were great for the money. I wear them a lot because when I fall asleep, forgetting to take them out, they don’t bother me at all. The only thing I don’t like is that they screw into the back post. That little tiny back post cap is really too small for my hands. I’ve gotten them on and off several times. I have to check that I am holding that cap perfect to start the screwing on. I really am OK with that. Still, wish they were bigger. I love mine!

I got these because they were real gold and had a screw back. I feel the need to wear earrings even when I’m not wearing jewelry. I do work where I don’t normally wear jewelry but I should put something in my earring holes. These are very classy, elegant And they won’t get lost or lose their finish.

My item was defective. The screw in back that is supposed to be secure didn't last a full day of wear before it fell off and now I can't get amazon to return the item. What a waste of money.

AMAZING quality. Well-made. Never fallen out. Perfect round back for sleeping in! I own 3 different sizes of these exact earrings - I wear 2 pairs in my two holes at all times, and my toddler wears a pair at all times. We never take them out. These have been in my daughters ears since she got her ears pierced at 8 months old (with intermittent removal for cleaning) and she has NEVER had a reaction, and they have not tarnished one bit.
