Purchased a year ago. Wanted something plausibly real looking. Let's face it, even a 2ct ring would be "putting on airs." Lol. I work with my hands. Never take ring off. It is sparkly, the band is not scratched. The ring is stamped and has maintained it's color. The prongs don't catch on my clothes. I am happy with it. Makes me feel fancy but not ridiculous.😉 Here it is pictured with a 14k band that has real diamonds. I think they look like a "set." Great price. Loss, theft, implosion of ring would not be devastating. 😆

All of my “too good to be true” alarms were going off when I saw a 10k gold ring with a 1ct equivalent moissanite center stone being sold for $149, because the price range for an item like this would normally be much higher. But given Amazon Prime’s liberal return policies, I figured why not order it and take a look? I’m glad I did because this ring is a beauty and appears to be the real deal. The center stone tests positive on a diamond tester that does not discriminate between diamond and moissanite, and even before testing it I knew it was the real deal because nothing else sparkles quite like a moissanite and it looked just like my others. I’m pretty convinced the gold is real because it looks the same and feels like the same density as a few other 10k gold pieces I own. It also passed several home tests that can sometimes determine if gold is real- it did not turn my hand colors when I held it tightly for several minutes, it did not change color when exposed to vinegar, it was not attracted to a magnet, and when I put it in a cup of liquid it dropped straight to the bottom like a stone. If I ever take it to a jeweler to be verified I will update my review but after all that, I’m pretty convinced. The stone seems very nicely cut and the setting seems sturdy and well constructed. The Certificate of Authenticity is made by the vendor whereas normally a stone would be certified by some kind of outside lab but when the price is so reasonable and the stone appears genuine and good quality by every measure, I’m not going to complain about it.

It’s a beautiful ring! I was so exited to find a 10k gold ring at an affordable price… but I have a feeling that this can’t be authentic. I’ve had this ring for a month and it is already scratched EVERYWHERE on the band. I have a WFH desk job and I don’t do anything in my daily life that could justify the ring being so scratched already. I’m incredibly disappointed and it was definitely a waste of money.

The media could not be loaded.  I was looking for a yellow gold engagement ring to wear when sporting my yellow jewelry. I decided to buy this one based on the good reviews and I'm very happy that I did. I performed the vinegar test on the gold and it didn't change colors. I also used a diamond tester on it to be sure that it's moissanite and it passed the test. It's very sparkly with lot of fire. If you are familiar with moissanites, then you know the look. I like it personally, but it can lead to a bit of a disco ball effect. If you are wanting it to pass as a diamond, it likely will to those unfamiliar with the differences between the stones, but certainly not to those that know what to look for. The cut and size of the stone also makes it a more believable diamond look alike. I am very pleased with it. I will update once I've worn it for awhile. I don't take my jewelry off when showering and such, so it has to be durable.Update: I've had this ring for over a year now and have hardly taken it off. It's held up beautifully. We have been living without a dishwasher for 6 months and I don't take my rings off when doing dishes and the ring still looks like new. I love it. Definitely worth the price in my opinion.

Update:I have worn the ring for 2 months straight. Have taken them off while doing the chores. It looks pretty good still. I wasn't able to gold test it, but my friends have told me that it looks legit.----------------Some jewelries you like instantly. This ring is NOT one of them. After reading the overwhelmingly positive reviews I bought this ring, and I am kind of disappointed. Here are the pros and cons:1) The diamond/moissanite: is a huge letdown. It shines with rainbow colors under neutral ambient light and looks tacky, not like a diamond as the product description claims.2) Rose gold seems nice, has 10k stamped - I may get it tested by a jeweler (will update my review then)3) Ring is comfortable to wear. True to size

I purchased the 10 carat Rose Gold moissanite ring in April 2022. I have worn it every day since.I do not remove my rings to shower or do house work. The ring is sturdy and the gold setting is durable. It is a six prong knife setting but it does not interfere with placing wedding bands near it. I have been wearing the ring with two channel set natural diamond wedding bands. Each wedding band is 1/2 carat. And the brilliance of the Moisanite and the natural diamonds are such that you cannot tell the difference. The one carat solitaire is believable and minimizes a disco ball effect seen on larger carat Moisanite.If you were on the fence about this ring I believe you will find it a good value I am thrilled with mine. Update 6 months of constant daily use for cleaning and chores excellent value and still sparkles wildly in average light keeps its shine gold is sturdy and setting is secure. Occasional fine jewelry dip if needed restore shine just like a diamond would. Still very pleased. 2 years in April 2024 ring shines just as much now as when I bought it daily use and setting is still strong stone still brilliant. Still very pleased and no doubt one of my best Amazon purchases.
