The product barely lasted my daughter and trust me. She’s very gentle with stuff. It popped off didn’t even last for a week. That’s number one number, number two I returned the product. They received the product on January 11 today it’s January 18 and I still have not received my refund. They said it’s scheduled to be refunded on January 24. This is the longest refund timeline in the history of refund. I am highly disappointed with the system especially since I am a prime member and it seems that it’s also going down the drain. Why should I wait a week and a half almost 2 weeks after I sent my product to receive my refund on a $57 product is ridiculous and absurd. I will not recommend buying this from Theo person or company thanks
