I love Italian made with (Italy Label) only chains. They are the best. It’s known worldwide. I had the worst experience here and felt stuck because I couldn’t find another company that offered (Italy Label) I ordered 16” in 1.1 and an 18” in .9 when they arrived the 1.1 was little too thick and was little uncomfortably chocking. So I decided to return it and order a 16” in .9 so l get a note the item it’s been delivered yet I got nothing, I called Amazon they sent a replacement, when I got the replacement it’s not the same thickness.9 it’s more like .6 so l requested a refund and reordered it again the chain wouldn’t ship on time and while I was waiting a used.9 showed up at a discounted price that would ship the next day, so I canceled my previous order and ordered the used one, go figure the same thing. (I probably got the same one l returned 🫣🤣) Than I decided I wanted a 20” as well in .9 so l reordered 16” and 20” in .9 thickness and wouldn’t you know, I got the right thickness for the 20” but the 16” is being replaced by .6 or .7 not sure. I have included my photos to show you, however, you really can’t tell unless you actually hold and touch them by your hands and right away you can feel the difference in wight and thickness. I usually don’t write reviews in such details but I felt buyers needed to know. I did keep the discounted 16” because I needed one and the 18” and 20”. I do love them though and working on 22” hopefully l don’t get cheated like l did with 16”. However I truly didn’t get a discounted chain ( was cheated) l paid more than the listed price for what it’s worth a .6 and l ordered and wanted a.9 And, I still do want the real accurate.9 in 16” if the company wants to come clean and make it right!!! But l am thinking they ran out and trying to make extra by passing on lesser weight assuming consumers wouldn’t know the difference. I probably wouldn’t have but because I ordered two different thickness and was able to noticed the difference by ordering the second.9 in 16”
