I wanted some good quality hoops I could wear 99% of the time without having to remember to take them out; also, sterling silver and most other metals irritated my ears so they needed to be gold but not too terribly expensive. These earrings are the perfect size and quality for me. They aren't too big and dangly. I put them in as soon as I got them and forgot about them. The pair I received are really secure; it actually takes more effort than I anticipated to open them. I have a pair of small 8 mm diameter, 1.5 mm thick hoops for another piercing and those will sometimes unlatch when they get caught in my hair or towel. The 11 mm are secure enough that I don't have to worry about losing them at all but easy enough to pop off when I want to change them out. There is no irritation and they are so classic they work with any outfit. Overall, I'm glad I got them as they are just what I wanted.

I rarely write reviews but I have to say how happy I have been with this pair of earrings. It has solved my problem with an ear that wouldn't heal. I would wear earrings and then take them out every night and it hurt. Now I wear these and not only have my ears healed, but I can also sleep with them every night as well. So happy my ordeal is over! Loving these earrings!!

These were a purchase for my petite mother who has cute little small ears and lobes. She stated these are so tiny they "might" fit a newborn. The ear post only went half way through her ear. Either the wrong size was sent or item description is way off. Regardless, she said they are very thin, tiny and unwearable. I must give the star for speedy one day delivery which I paid $9.95 for and hope will be refunded when I send Mom the return label. The Company website is out of Los Angeles yet the return address is from Kentucky, odd. BTW I'm told the inside package contained nothing about the company, no information, just a box w/earrings...Odd again?
