Earrings immediately bent when opening up clasp then bends more trying to close the clasp, making it unable to line up. Contacted seller no response. Paid expedited shipping as well and it arrived 2 days late which was the free normal shipping time. Contacted seller again no response. Contacted Amazon & they could not do anything since it's 3rd party. They could only contact seller themselves. Still no responses to Amazon either. Returned defective damaged item.
