As everyone else has stated on here the pendant is just gorgeous. The weight, the gleam of the mother of Pearl, and the size of the initial are just beautiful. The chain is ok: the small lobster claw clasp is actually nice quality but the jump ring is missing on the extension part of the chain so I can only wear it on the shorter length. I CAN wear it on the last hole of the chain but it really takes work to do it because that’s not what it’s made for (the hole is extremely small) and it will probably break easily if I wear it like that. I do not see any jeweler’s marks so I’m doubtful this is really 18K gold plated. But even with that said, the pendant looks like it worth more than 3-4x the list price. Just wear the pendant on your favorite chain so you don’t risk breaking the chain and losing this beautiful pendant.

I picked this up for birthday present for one of my daughter's friends. It was perfect and very much hit the mark. The chain is very nice, the clasp secure and easy to use. The finish on the necklace is great, and the pendant is just the right size to look nice and still be clearly readable. This was a hit. For the price this one is a winner.

I love this pendant. It’s beautiful, delicate, elegant, what’s not to love. Well, the chain. The chain is delicate and pretty and looks great with the necklace. However, the loop which attaches to the claw for closure is just a regular tiny, tiny loop of the chain. It took me more than ten minutes to get it in the claw hook before putting it on. Then realized I can’t pull over my head because the chain is much too short. There is no way I could put that around my neck and hook that tiny loop in the claw by myself. There needs to be a special larger loop for the claw or the chain needs to be twice as long. I love the pendant, so will try to find another chain. But I would not purchase knowing how this is designed.
