This chain is lovely. It looks like real gold for a fraction of the price. I was not able to keep it though, but not because of the chain. Because of my neck. I ordered 2 to try them on 16 and 18 inch. The 16" was too tight around my neck, but I have a thick neck due to thyroid disease, so 16" necklaces are a hit or miss for me. The 18" was too long for the dress I wanted to wear it with. I wanted the chain to sit on my collarbone and be visible. The 18" was longer and it hid under the neck opening of my dress. So it did not work for the look I wanted. But it has nothing to do with the product. Just my neck and then the dress I will be wearing to a wedding.

What a beautiful necklace! I originally ordered the 28" but due to a delay in delivery I received a 30". Judy from support was more than accommodating and helpful in me receiving my product. I love the thickness so I can add a pendant, I love the length because it's not overly bearable, and I love the luster because it shines so luxurious. I would definitely recommend this product and would purchase another one without discern.

Very unhappy, I got this present for my cousin and she said while she was wearing it for the first time it broke right in the middle. Definitely not good quality.

I guess I didn't expect it to be as large as it is but my son thinks it's everything so win win. He never takes it off. It's not gaudy or weird looking it just looks smaller in the photos that it actually is

This was a lovely gold chain, purchased to wear at a wedding with a special pendant I already owned. Sadly, the chain broke after wearing the necklace for about 3 hours. The pendant was small and light, there was no item of clothing such as a collar to catch or pull on the chain, nor were there any strenuous activities that would have caused stress on the chain. It simply broke about 1/3 of the way around from the clasp. I wasn't even touching the chain or the pendant. I felt the pendant fall, touched where it should have been and there was nothing there but the broken ends. I can't recommend this necklace.Additional comment: This company's customer service is exceptional. They very kindly reached out to me. I will absolutely consider doing business with them again. I may have been unfortunate enough to receive the rare item with a manufacturing defect. Thank you for being the rare customer service oriented business.

Very pleased with necklace. It was to replace my solid gold necklace that is older and repeatedly had links break. For the price, this is a great deal and looks and feels like my older and more expensive gold necklace.Very pleased. :)
