I don't often write reviews, but I felt this product deserves it. First off, it arrived super-fast, just as promised. I ordered it on Saturday evening, and it was in my letterbox by Monday afternoon. The earrings are a gift for my sister. I actually bought a pair of earrings off Ebay previously but, as is so often the case, when they arrived, they were not what I had expected from the photographs. In fact, they were so flimsy, and the stones so small, I felt I would be too embarrassed to present them to my sister, and so I turned to Amazon to find a quick & acceptable replacement. I've bought jewelry online a few times before and have generally been disappointed by the difference between the product photograph and its actual appearance. Not so with these earrings. The box they arrived in was covered in old-fashioned black felt, which was nice. And when I opened the box, I was so pleasantly surprised to see that the earrings themselves look even better than the photographs. The pearls are a good size and shimmer nicely, and the length of the earrings is perfect -- not so short as to be unnoticeable, and yet not so long as to look over the top. I saw some reviews that described the gold as skimpy, but I found it satisfactory. I'm glad I bought these, and I think my sister will be happy to receive them.

These are pretty looking classic earrings, however the seller grossly lies about gold. First, in order this paper thin metal to be solid 14K gold, it should almost "melt" and bend in your fingers when you touch it, which does not; and second, it is not even properly plated metal, because just one drop of water fallen on the metal led to discoloration. If the producer would say that he added a drop of gold per a thousand of these clasps during electroplating, I will not believe. I had several certified gold plated watches that I had to wear everyday for more than a year before discoloration taken place. Here I will underline with red, that watches are what you constantly scratch over the hard surface of a desk, and occasionally make wet during washing hands. So I am a hundred percent confident about my statements about gold.The pearls are real and look nice, with proper light their luster is even brighter than on the picture, but be sure that they are not perfectly formed.I initially did not believe that I get solid gold pearl earrings for this price, but taking into account discoloration that happened immediately after purchase, I think that the merchandise is overpriced.

I'm a bit stunned on the price of these earrings.Granted, these are freshwater, cultured pearls so you're not going to pay for let's say a South Sea pearl, but they are actually nice looking pearls. Luster is good, color uniform, shape uniform and LARGE- 10-10.5mm with 14k gold drop. Yes, the gold is a tad on the fragile size, but this is jewelry. You're not going to go out and box in them and they look great on.My Husband was shocked at how nice they looked and kept asking, "Those are real? For that price?" Amazing buy for the price.

They're beautiful but larger than expected. Went back and reviewed the specs and see they are in the 10mm size. Very nice looking.

I've only worn them a handful of times. The pearl came loose from the post. Extremely disappointing.
