I would have given 5 stars had the item arrived as advertised. The pendant itself looks great and is true to size and The lettering is clean and smooth. Unfortunately, the pendant did not come with the 18" Italian box chain as advertised. For the $30 price tag it should have come with a chain. On the bright side it did arrive on the expected ship date.
