Bigger than expected (but I mean if you’re smart you’ll just read the measurements in the description). But I’m not very good at imagining size reference based off measurements. Would be great for slightly gauged earrings. My ears are pierced at 18g so it wouldn’t fit for earrings on me. I got it for a septum, it hangs right at the top of my lip. Some people like that style. I figure it wouldn’t be too difficult to just use the spike ball with a different captive ring, if it doesn’t work out.Came in a cute little jewelry bag. As a pair.

These are rather heavy but in a good way. They are rather sturdy, that said they're really sharp. I would avoid sleeping in them.
