firstly, there’s nothing wrong with the product itself tbh, it’s just a basic flat back stud, it it a little difficult twisting the end on and off, but some rubber gloves really help with that! i ordered these for my nose, i read the reviews and saw a lot of people get the 6mm for a nose stud and i assumed maybe that was standard…although i did purchase another set of 8mm because the 6 is a little tight! so fair warning, and this is coming from someone who never has issues with any of my nose rings, my nose has never been more irritated, so watch for the length!EDIT: I received the 8mm and they work so much better for my nose! no more pinching or irritation! i also appreciated that the spikes came already screwed off the flat back piece! That definitely made it much easier

I have a horrid nickel allergy, so I've been shopping around. Been wearing these a few months now, and so far no allergic reactions, easy to sleep and shower with, but holey hell are they a terror to try to put in with just your hands. Especially if you can't hold your hand perfectly still or you have bigger fingers or nails of any length. And getting them out is almost as bad, I ended up needing to use tape to get the back to stay put. You do have to put them through the back of your ear if you want the spike in the front, too

I have bought several pairs of these studs and the screw on tops continually fell off. I screwed them in completely and made sure the tracks were clean but no matter what they fell off. I have hit the point where I'm constantly checking to see if they're screwed in all the way so I don't lose another top. Other than that issue I would buy more of these they fit great and look adorable. If you want to add a nose chain make sure the chain has little o rings so you can put them on the posts because just chain will not fit.

I’m disappointed that’s these are externally threaded jewelry and not internally threaded. When I bought these it didn’t specify whether they were externally or internally threaded so I just hoped for the best. According to a body piercer Brian Keith Thompson, externally threaded jewelry tend to be more dangerous and when you insert it, the jewelry can can cause,”damage to the tissue, such as scraping and micro-tears” (Hudson, 2020)”.

Had my bar in for months now and no complaints

I had to us several different things to get these on, but that’s the nature of the beast! They’re a perfect fit and I’ve had them for months.

I ordered the wrong length so ran into an issue with the back pulling into my bottom lip but I doubt I will run into that with the correct length. I hadn't had my labret in for quite a long while and my original gauge dropped from 14 to 18 and I couldn't remember the length of studs I needed. Overall I am very pleased with this product and the packaging is awesome.

My man had an issue with his nose rings falling out, so we purchased these to see how they would work. They are the perfect length for his nose and he hasn't had any issues with them coming out. The quality is great and the price is even better.
