I’m using the gold Middle bar thats 8mm.I tried using the smaller stud BUT it’s honestly so small that it disappears into the whole which is deff a no go.&& I did try the large stud as well BUT that one was honestly too big and didn’t create such a flattering look since it wasn’t laying flush with the lip.Depending on how “fluffy” your lip i hope this will help you decide which bar you need to use; the longer bar kept getting stuck behind my teeth especially while eating but i def loved that the studs were interchangeable with the bars.Great Price and worth the buy !

The glue under the stone turned green after a few showers. I have gone through so many brands of labret studs and this is the first one to turn green lole this. Poor quality. Invest in a better one.

Originally they looked great. Pretty easy to put together too. But after about a week of wearing them the metal behind the stone has begun to change color causing the stone to look less vibrant. Now they just look a bit tarnished and cheap 😔
