This is a really neat piece of jewelry and it looks great. It was exactly what I was hoping for and it's well made. I used this labret stud for an ear piercing because I lost the last jewelry I had for it and figured this would be a interesting replacement. So, I'm not reviewing this as a labret piece. Please note that you do have to manually move the ring to the position you want it in because it is put on there really tight so it doesn't fall off. If you want it to dangle more you'll have to get some ring separators.

I bought this item to replace one that I have worn for over ten years. Unfortunately the item I got was not as heavy as the picture that was used to represent the item. I would not recommend this foe anyone to buy, it is entirely too flimsy to hold up to simply putting it on and taking it off.
