This probably should be a 4-star review because the stone/diamond had already fallen out upon arrival... but I am so in love with this that I had to give 5 stars. Honestly, if I could get it to come with the stone fallen out every time, I would. I just super glued it in there before I wore it, and now I know it’s never going to fall out! I would be nervous about it falling out though if it came together.As for the nose ring itself, awesome! My body is becoming more and more allergic to metal to the point where I can’t wear surgical steel or even niobium! A nose stud normally lasts me about an hour before I can’t stand it anymore. This guy has been in for weeks and it looks great with just the little diamond showing, and it is actually leaps and bounds more comfortable than any metal ones because the part inside your nose is so flexible. It basically never ‘sticks out’ like all others tend to do, it doesn’t seems to ever get caught on anything like towels or my hair, and I completely forget I’m even wearing it. Oh, and it was SUPER easy to put in, not sure what everyone else is whining about😬 I’ll be a lifetime costumer of these bad boys!

made very cheaply! It's true value is about $3, don't waste your money. The curve shape is curved way too much and very difficult to insert and the plastic isn't sturdy enough when you try to put it in your nose. I wish I had read the reviews before I bought it.

Metal nose piercings are often too large and do not fit properly. I have lost so many because they fall out or are pulled out. These nose piercings are practically invisible but festive and I have not accidentally lost any. Also, very comfortable and discreet.

This little nose screw works great as far as being discreet and keeping your piercing from closing up on you when you need to not wear something noticeable or need to not wear metal for some type of activity such as a MRI or XRAY and so on. The issue I had with it is that the tip of it is so small that it actually started going into my piercing hole and felt like it was going to fall inside my nose. For anyone thinking I bought the wrong size, I didn't, all of my nose rings are this size and they have no problems. It's good for short periods of time where you aren't going to be very active, but keep an eye on it to make sure it doesn't start sinking into the hole or you'll have a mess on your hands.

i just got surgery literally today. this. was. a. life. saver. it’s so comfortable and was surgery safe!! i’ve never changed my nose ring by myself. i was originally pierced with a stud similar to this one (but metal) and then when i got an actually “ring” the woman in the shop changed it for me so i was very nervous that i would mess this up. but i’m so happy i could do it. PLUS it’s super cute and comfortable!! probably gonna get more of them tbh

I like it, but I wish it was more flat so that the diamond just sat flush against your nose. With the way my nose is pierced, when I look on the mirror, I can only see the bioflex side part of this which surrounds the diamond. I am almost certain most people see the diamond only, but I would love to find one where there wasn't so much bulk around the jewel.

Cork screw stem very long had to trim down... wore it for two weeks and gem fell out to never be seen again... so if you are looking to spend money for a temporary nose ring this is the one for you! Good luck!
