Beautiful, comfortable, a true statement piece. The color is like Burma Red. There are some scratches on center stone. It doesn't state the gemstone is a raw ruby. It's not tumbled to give the sparkles like diamond quality.Assuming it's a natural ruby, it's perfect for me. I do wish I got a size smaller but it matches well with my bandPerfect Christmas present to myself. My birthstone.

ordered this as an anniversary gift - it arrived two days late - when I opened it I couldnt have been more disappointed. the color is brown at best - zero clarity. the ring model must be the smallest person in the world. I literally dont want to give this to my wife. Im sure this is not a real ruby at all. PS if you look up reviews of Ross+Simons outside of amazon - it will reveal a 2.7. these people are awfulthanks for ruining my 25 wedding anniversary. by the way their return policy is a nightmare
