Loved the packaging as it was an early Valentine's Day gift.Heavy weighted at 17 grams (.58 oz) so it feels solid, not cheap. The "diamond accents" are just that - very tiny and there are three of them. The photo could be mistaken as having a diamond between each Ruby, but it is not the case. The three are spread across the bracelet. No worries, the Rubies are large enough and the chain is sturdy. My wife loved it.
