I needed some small studs for work and this set, with sterling silver and semi previous gems, worked out to $12 a pair which was a deal I couldn't pass up. The stones are small but still a good size with nice color and sparkle. They are surrounded by a metal band, which I liked because it's a modern look that matches my sterling jewelry. If you are looking for big gems pick a different set but for me this is a pretty and work appropriate set. Nice long posts and backings fit securely. No irritation from metal.
