This is a nice little hand made box. The resin/outer material is cut and fit together to create a perfectly smooth surface. The color differences are interesting and give the appearance of stone, or maybe tortoise shell. The interior is an engineered wood and the top fits closely and fairly tightly. The box is quite small (the listed dimensions are correct). It's not big enough for a standard sized deck of cards, but it's a good size for a jewelry box or a gift box for a small item.
