Following a breakup, my anxiety spiked pretty harshly and I was having trouble sitting through work meetings and even family dinners at times. This is pretty enough to be worn as a nice necklace but having something to direct the anxious energy to by spinning it really helps. The chain is super delicate and I worry it may break eventually but so far, it's held up surprisingly well. If it were to break, I'd definitely replace the chain to keep using it.It rotates really smoothly but can get dust and stuff into the hinge part and feels rough to turn. I have a $25 ultrasonic cleaner from like Walmart that I use to clean my jewelry (because I wear my rings when I work on vehicles and they get dirty) and it works well but I would imagine that a hot water soak or soaking it in a silver jewelry cleaner would do about the same.

I bought this for my 7 year old because she started a bad habit of pulling her hair and breaking little front pieces to the point she looked like she had bangs. I wanted something more discreet than a typical fidget and this does the trick perfectly. She’s worn it in the shower several times and there has been 0 tarnishing or loss of gems.

The necklace is a decent quality and looks as promised but it was not as big as the pictures implied it would be. It’s a little smaller than a US quarter. The size makes it difficult to manipulate with one hand, which I feel is kind of an important feature for any fidget.Also, it’s pretty subjective whether a fidget is “good” since everyone has different sensory quirks, but I found this one far too stiff. It didn’t spin like I expected. Maybe it would loosen up and spin given enough use, but out of the package it’s not especially mobile.

Product arrived quickly and the necklace is fine. I ordered three and all three were individually packaged in a clear cheap plastic with no bag and no card. Had to buy additional packaging and card to make presentable. Very disappointed.

While it is a cute necklace,I expected the black box with the card explaining the meaning behind it. Mine came in a little baggy. Not thrilled with the lack of detail.
