Ordered this for my daughter for her anxiety, and she really likes it. I bought it for her middle finger, but think a smaller size would have been better. It’s easier to use your thumb to spin when it’s on your ring finger. This is just our personal experience and preference with it.

I ordered these rings because I saw something similar on Instagram and I tear my fingers up by anxiously or nervously picking at them all day. So far, when I remember to wear them, they do help me move my picking away from my skin to moving the little balls on this ring back and forth. If I wear one on each thumb I can fidget without making my hands look like they’ve been in some horrendous battle and lost badly. One thing I don’t like is how cheap they look and feel, but it’s one of those “you get what you pay for” things, but next to my real wedding ring these rings look kinda tacky! But I wear them because I think they do what they’re intended to do, and I want my hands to look normal.

I purchased this for my 14 yr old bc she loves butterflies and widgets. I thought the butterfly was the fidget but nope it's the actual ring, unless I am missing something. Butterfly is flat against the ring. So essentially it's a eing with a butterfly that you can spin around your finger, kinda like any ring.
