Was missing a stone.. Had no time to return in there lotted time, had a baby was in hospital w baby in NICU. He was born with a lung disorder and I had Bo time to return so not there fault. Just wish it was double checked before packed.. The missing one was not even in package or else i could goto local jeweler place to have it fixed now things have calmed down.I got this honor of my son the letter "j":-) other than that loved it. But was my fault I couldn't return in time..had a baby ..

I like how it is its really pretty however it is on the small side i thought it was bigger its a gift for my sister i just hope we can see the necklace when she wears it its gorgeous though and it was the best sterling silver necklace the others were not pretty im happy with the product but i wish it was bigger i do recommend it for a child or early teen but not adults or late teens

This initial pendant is small (about the size of a dime) but very pretty and looks like a quality piece of jewelry. Also nicely boxed.

I like the charm but the chain didn't go through the loop of the chain. I had to get another chain to wear the necklace.

The pendant is really small. It should be a tiny bit bigger just so people can see what's going on at a normal distance rather than having to be under your neck to see it lol. It's nice though.
