Purchased as a gift. Was so pleased to have arrive quickly and packaged so pretty. Sealed in cellophane, in a cloth pouch that included bracelet (sealed) and card stock information. Beads are lovely but did not open sealed pouched since a gift. I can't wait to give to friend. Would definitely order again.

So I was looking for the exact right bracelet for my boyfriend. He wanted his zodiac. At first it was super annoying to tighten. It was hard to slide the strings. But then... It just snapped. Did not get stuck on anything. Just so frustrating.It's nice to have such great customer service where they truly care about you receiving the best product they can provide. An offer to try again encase it was a fluke and a refund. They definitely have my trust and willing to try again.
