Loved these earrings - bought them to match a necklace given by my mother-in-law - and wore them frequently together to earn brownie points. LOL! One day I was brushing my hair and scraped against my earring accidentally, and one of the sparkly accent gems (cubic zirconia) dislodged and was lost forever. (I searched a LONG time but was unable to locate it.) I still wear them, and it's hardly noticeable to anyone else, but it still bugs me that I was careless. Just because something doesn't cost a ton of money up front doesn't mean you shouldn't take care not to damage it. Eventually I'll probably order a second pair and then have a spare in case of earring emergencies!
