Updated: Changing rating from 1-4 stars and adding additional text.When I contacted the seller that I lost both of my bracelets, without hesitation they apologized and offered to send me a replacement. The level of customer care they provided was outstanding and I of course know things to avoid while wearing the replacement.I honestly love this bracelet so much I ended up buying two. The reason for two? The clasp came undone while wearing it both times and I’ve lost it twice now. As much as I want to buy another because I loved it so much, I don’t want to waste another $70 on a bracelet where the clasp so easily releases. This bracelet is beautiful and if you are sure you won’t be taking your coat off and on or a backback as I suspect is the reason the clasp came undone, you’ll love it.
