I bought these for a sister-in-law ahead of the holiday shopping season, and plan to gift them as a component of a Christmas or birthday present. I have pierced ears, but took one out of the packaging and wore it for 5 minutes, to make sure it wasn't too loose or tight. It was very light, comfortable, and didn't slip. I've had these in a list for her for a couple of years now, and have seen them priced at $18.99 before, so I jumped at the chance to grab them with the price-drop to $12.99 in August. $12.99 is my sweet spot for the purchase, absolutely worth it. $18.99 is a bit too much (since this won't be a stand-alone gift), so I'd personally wait for Black Friday if the price is jacked up again. The red crystal is beautiful, clear, and scratch-free. Probably like most of you, when I read the dimensions, I pinched my fingers in the air to approximate the size, rather than fetching a ruler. Some said they were smaller than expected, which worried me a bit, so I was very happy to discover they weren't little tic-tacs when they arrived. The size is quite nice, not too big, not too small. 5/5 (for the current price), thanks!

There is a size difference between the item I received and what was shown advertising the product. They are very nice and pretty, but the size of the earrings is meant for a child. Unfortunately, it's disappointing because they look so nice.
